This plains castle from the XIV century was formerly protected by a moat, its water originating from the Eichel River.
The barn and the windmill dating from the XVIII century give the castle a picturesque view. The ensemble was restored in 2008. The castle is private and habited. Only the outside and the surroundings are open to the public.
The Grange Dîmière (the tithe barn) houses the expo “Secrets of Landscapes” dedicated to geology, and the flora and fauna of Alsace Bossue, as well as the Office of Tourism.
The windmill was transformed into a space of housing and accommodations for groups.
A booklet exploring the castle is available for sale at the Office of Tourism.
